I will discover how the company produced its quality and delicious bakery products, its strategies and techniques in promoting these products and how does the management price these products and why is the company is leading in the bakery industry in spite of the presence of other prominent baking companies in our country. IV. APPLICATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT(TQM):

All business organizations have resources and goals. Resources require proper allocation and efficient use. Goals must be effectively achieved. These and many more can make possible through good and just management. Without effective and efficient management a business organization cannot survive.
