Inter Cars Store believes that using the combination of these three management styles effectively will be the key of success of the company. To achieve this everyone in the company should be willing to learn when to use those particular style of management and that can only be achieve by having communication among every team member in the company.

Organizational Structure Line and Staff Structure – We believe that the best organizational structure for our company is a Line and Staff Structure because of the small size of the company. This is where the line and staff organizational structure comes into play. Line and structure combines the line structure where information and approvals come from top to bottom, with staff departments for support and specialization. Line and staff organizational structures are more centralized. Managers of line and staff have authority over their subordinates, but staff managers have no authority over line managers and heir subordinates. The decision making process becomes slower in this type of organizational structure because of the layers and guidelines that are typical to it, and lets not forget the formality involved. Alignment Organization and Team Members Management Goals Alignment is critical to ensure that all parts of the organization are working together effectively to achieve a common goal. We have develop some simple practices that can help to ensure business alignment: maintaining focus on the mission, vision and values, having a plan for monitoring and measuring performance and following a plan.

After this beginning phase Inter cars will have pass throw the holidays sales that will bring costumers from around the area specifically from the north of Mexico and the west of Texas. These will become important clients to Inter Cars Store because they will come back whenever they have vacations. After the 12 months we will analyze what merchandize was the best selling and what where the clients suggestion of new merchandize.

We will plan a growing plan after the first year to expand and moving to a bigger size store inside the mall or outside where the rent is lower. We will also will start a larger promotion campaign to grow in size and type of merchandize the store will carry. As we finish Growing in the next 3 to 4 years the store will consider opening new stores in near by cities and caring different fashion merchandize for men and women.
